As a consequence of the vision and mission of UNESA and FIP in accordance to a Rector Decree no. 466/UN38/HK/DT/2016 about Curriculum development based on the Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI) for study program, the Program Educational Objectives (PEO) of The Undergraduate Program of Non Formal Education (UPNFE) focus on producing graduates who are capable to be Non Formal educators, researchers of Non Formal education, and entrepreneurs in the non formal education science. In detail, the PEOs of UPNFE are as follows:

a. PEO 1: Having expertise to utilize science of andragogy to solve problems in learning in the field of non formal education 

b. PEO 2: Having capability to develop oneself as a life long learner and also as a community companion in managing non formal education 

c. PEO 3: Have a strong and competitive personality in carrying out their profession and have social entrepreneurship skills that are relevant to the need of the community
