Program Learning Outcomes (PLO)
Based on Permendikbud Number 53 of 2023 article 6, there are four aspects of competencies that have to be mastered by the graduates of Non Formal Education: 1) Knowledge; 2) Special Competencies; 3) General Competencies; 4) Attitudes and Social. Each of those aspects are categorized into several parts, named Program Learning Outcomes (PLO):

The Graduate Profile (GP) of Non Formal Education (UPNFE) are :
(GP 1) : Community Empowerment Educator/ Facilitator - The graduates can become instructors/ facilitators/ tutor who are proficient in designing and organizing learning, especially for adult groups. Also compete to design educational programs for the community by integrating the principles of social entrepreneurship. UPNFE commits to create graduates who are able to empower community.
(GP 2) : Manager - The graduates are created to be able to manage non formal education programs, compete to identify community learning needs, programs plan,and also able to implement and evaluate the programs. Some example of Non Formal Education Programs are : Community Activity Center (PKBM), Training, Additional Education Program, Community of Reading Units (TBM), Early Childhood Education, and etc...
