BENCHMARKING BETWEEN UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM OF NON-FORMAL EDUCATION(UPNFE) UNESA AND UPNFE UNDIKMA

In order to improve academic cooperation, UNESA Undergraduate Program of Non-Formal  Education (UPNFE) held a Benchmark Event with UPNFE UNDIKMA  in Lombok on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. Benchmark activities were held in the courtroom of the Faculty of Education and Psychology, Mandalika University of Education led directly by the Dean of FIPP, Mrs. Suharyani, S.Pd.I., M.Pd. and also attended by representatives of each study program hosted by FIPP Mandalika University of Education. From PLS Unesa, led by Prof. Dr. Hj Gunarti Dwi Lestari, M.Si., M.Pd. and accompanied by the presence of all lecturers from UPNFE Unesa. 

At the event, it was discussed about efforts to increase cooperation in the scientific field between UPNFE Unesa and UPNFE Undikma, namely by involving more lecturers to conduct joint research, making scientific papers across universities, sharing tips for success in carrying out the tri dharma of higher education and also supporting, as well as benchmark managerial leadership by each study program. Previously, there has been communication and cooperation between the two study programs, but this benchmark is sought to increase cooperation more broadly. Furthermore, as one of the benchmarking results, it was agreed that closer cooperation would be carried out about improving the quality of the Out-of-School Education study programs at each university, namely in the form of practical support in the establishment of the Doctoral Program of Education Science study program initiated by UPNFE UNESA and also the expansion of discussion forums regarding the implementation of the Out of School Education curriculum.
